Honed tube has honed internal surface, while skived&roller burnished tube has roller burnished surface.
The difference between Honed Tube and skived&roller burnished tube are as follows:
1. Traces: honed tube and skived&roller burnished tube have different traces.
2. Roughness: SKived&roller burnished tube has perfect roughness around Ra0.1um, while honed tubes has different roughness based on manufacturer's honing process. In our factory, we can ensure roughness of Ra0.25um max.
3. Hardness: Skived&roller burnished tube has very high hardness in internal surface because of the roller burnishing process. While honed tubes has unique hardness on internal and external surface.
